RETURN

 

We want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase. If you receive your Barely Xtensions and are not happy with your purchase, we offer returns with a full refund if packages are unopened. You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your purchase. 

To be eligible for a return, you will need a receipt of proof of purchase as well as an unopened product. Returns processed with a proof of purchase from www.barelyxtensions.com (receipt, invoice, order confirmation page, order details page, and/or order emails) will be refunded to your original payment method. Products will ONLY be accepted for a return if the packaging is unopened and the seal is not broken. If our Quality & Control Team finds your product(s) to be ineligible for a refund, our team will send your originally purchased set(s) back to your shipping address associated with the order.

If you are returning your order for a refund, you will be responsible for your own return shipping costs. The shipping label amount will be deducted from your total refund. Refunds for any return also exclude the initial shipping cost paid to ship your package for U.S. customers. International customers will be subject to a $50 return shipping fee.

EXCHANGE

 

We want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase. If you receive your Barely Xtensions and are not happy with how they look or feel, we offer exchanges at no additional cost if packages are unopened. You may request an exchange within 30 days of receiving your purchase. 

To be eligible for an exchange, you will need a receipt or proof of purchase (receipt, invoice, order confirmation page, order details page, and/or order emails). Products will ONLY be accepted for an exchange if the packaging is unopened and the seal is not broken. If our Quality & Control Team finds your product(s) to be ineligible for an exchange, our team will send your originally purchased set(s) back to your shipping address associated with the order.

If you are exchanging your order, we provide a complimentary return shipping label for all U.S. customers. You will not be required to pay the cost of it! International customers will be subject to a $50 return shipping fee.

Once an exchange has been processed for an order, no more exchanges or returns will be accepted for that specific order.

The fastest way to ensure you get the exchange item you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, we will send out your replacement product.

FINE PRINT

  1. There may be instances where shipping is delayed due to circumstances beyond our control once the shipping carrier has the package. Therefore, the exact time or day of delivery cannot be guaranteed once in the hands of the shipping carrier, and some rural or remote areas can take longer. If this occurs, Barely Xtensions is not liable for any shipping delays.

  2. Barely Xtensions cannot be held accountable for packages in which the tracking information states the package has been delivered to your shipping address. Please contact the courier(s) in order to investigate this issue if this occurs.

  3. Both of our Express Shipping methods (UPS 3-Day Select and UPS Next Day Air Saver) are available for most locations within the 48 contiguous states. If an order has been made with the Expedited Shipping method of UPS Next Day Air Saver and UPS determines this service is not available for the specified shipping address, 2-Day Air Saver will automatically be applied.

  4. P.O. Boxes and APO/FPO addresses are not accepted. If an order is submitted using a P.O. Box or APO/FPO address, shipping will be delayed.

  5. After an order has been paid, the warehouse needs 1-3 business days to process your order. For Express Shipping methods, orders will ship the next business day. Orders placed after 2PM EST Monday-Friday will be shipped the next business day. Orders placed on Friday after 2PM EST will be shipped the following Monday. You will receive a notification once your order has been shipped.

  6. At this time, Barely Xtensions does not fulfill orders on Saturdays, Sundays, or holidays.

  7. We will make every effort to deliver your package as soon as possible. However, additional time may be required if an address is flagged as invalid.

  8. For international shipments, the customer will be responsible for any customs duty fees and import taxes.

  9. If there is any shipping issue with your package, you must contact our customer support team within 90 days after your order was placed at info@barelyxtensions.com.
